It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Naomi Kennedy of Waterford, New York, born in Mechanicville, New York, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Francis Kennedy; her son Patrick; her sister Shirley Veeder (Gary); and her parents, Allen Follett and Naomi Knowlton Whinnery (William).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristian, Sean (Amy), Matthew Evans, Michael Effenberger (Amanda Kowalski), Kevin, Tara, John Kennedy (Sara), Dr. Jenny Torre (Brett), Bridget Chiaramonte (Nick), Cassandra Ricci (Brendan), Keith (Angela), Kristina (Jeff Davenport), Chelsea and Olivia Kennedy; her nephew G. Christopher Veeder (Priscilla); her nieces, Eileen Pastore and Patricia Dechard; and her pet Kitty.
