It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Margaret Hunt (Waterford, New York), who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Margaret Hunt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Gormley and Florence Robillard Gormley; her husband Robert S. Hunt; and her son Robert Hunt. She is survived by: her children, David Hunt (Kathi) of Myrtle Beach, SC, James Hunt (Rocio) of Stroudsburg, PA and Sharon Moriarty (Daniel) of Waterford; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Tyler (Luana), Erin, Nolan Hunt, Daniel and Sarah Moriarty.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home (133 Broad St, Waterford, NY 12188). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM and at 9:30 AM.
