Jean J. Mailloux Obituary

We bid farewell to Jean J. Mailloux (Waterford, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 1, 2024 at the age of 96. Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marco Spiak and Antoniette Stopera Spiak; her husband Wilfred "Spike" Mailloux; her siblings, Joseph Spiak, Sophie Champagne and Helen Miner; and her grandson Robert Mailloux.

She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Mailloux (Jeanne) of Green Island, Maryjean Valigorsky (Michael) of Westerlo, Nancy A. Rounds of Endicott and Mark L. Mailloux of Cohoes; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Mailloux, Garret Canfield, Joshua Rounds, Grayson Womelsdorf, Jason Rounds and Kaitlyn Catello; and her great grandchildren, Robert, Nicholas, Kaylee, Miles and Mara.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home (133 Broad St, Waterford, NY 12188). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
