He is survived by: his mother Patricia Bullock of Waterford; his stepfather Ed Bullock; his wife Cary Johnson Dame; his children, Tony Dame of Waterford, Jaylyn Dame Francis (Brianna), Marley Dame of Mechanicville, Ty Dame and Arian Dame of Cohoes; his siblings, Wendy Dame Mancini of Rensselaer, Thomas Bullock (Alaina) of Saratoga, Edward Bullock of Vermont, Shannon Dame of Cohoes, Lisa Dame of Galway, Buddy Dame (Katie) and Lynn Hickey of Cohoes; and his grandchild Isla Francis. He is also survived by nephews and his k9 companion.
