She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Manupella and Helen Maslott Manupella; her husband Edward V. Phillips; her child Thomas Phillips; and her sister Marian Rizzo.
She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Phillips (Lisa) of Brunswick, Karen A. Hoffman (Hank) of Albany and James R. Phillips (Lisa) of Brunswick; her siblings, Rose Marie Manupella of Troy, Josephine Pratt, Helen Taylor, Joseph G., George Manupella and Margaret Siler; her sister-in-law Maryann Manupella of Troy; her grandchildren, Sarah Ireland (Ryan), Allyson Quackenbush (John), Katherine Constantine (Damian), Jeffrey, Jason Hoffman, Jacob (Kate), Abigail and James Phillips (Melissa); and her great grandchildren, Michael Ireland, Mary Quackenbush, Adeline, Luke Constantine, Carter and Julianna Phillips.
