He was predeceased by: his parent Andree Ibanez; and his child Anna-Marie Fucci. He is survived by: his children, Jean-Paul Fucci of Ohio and Maegan Fucci of Waterford; his close friend Blanche Lopez of Cohoes; his grandchildren, Angel, Melissa, Jacquelyn, Chantel, Anthony, Kaiana, Elijah, Tre, Brett, Jr. and Zane; his siblings, Evelyn, George, Roberta, Andree, Chantal and Lynnie; and the mother of his children Donna Curtis of Waterford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
