He was predeceased by: his parents, John I. MacDougall and Dorothy H. Durocher MacDougall; and his brother John MacDougall. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth J. MacDougall of Schaghticoke and Bonnie M. MacDougall of Mechanicville; and his sisters-in-law, Jane MacDougall and Joanne MacDougall.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home (133 Broad St, Waterford, NY 12188). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
