She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Sr. Costanzo and Beatrice Costanzo (Kilburn). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Sylvia of Lake Placid, Florida; her children, Tod Petteys (Tina Cantwell) of Lake Placid, Kathleen Wardell (David) of Greenfield Center, NY and Aaron Petteys (Lori) of Corinth, NY; and her grandchildren, AJ, Tiffany, Eric, Zachary, Katlyn, Kyle, Ashlee and Mikey. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; as well as her step children, grandchildren, a nephew and niece.
