We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2024, at the age of 86, William D. Petty of Water Mill, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Petty and Bertha Zaluski; and his sister-in-law Margaret "Peg". He is survived by: his wife Muriel; his siblings, Richard and Deborah Foster (Brian); his sons, Mike (Christina), David and Bob (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Tim, Caitlin, Nicole, Nick and Alex.
In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Water Mill Community Club, the Water Mill Museum, the American Legion Post 388, or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital can be made in Bill's name.
