It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Parker (Water Mill, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pet Cotton; his siblings, Julia Mariann Schwarz of Syracuse, Donald and Dewey Parker; his close friend Neil J. Heiskell; and his parents, William Parker and Honora Parker. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, grand/great nieces and nephews well as many loving friends.
