He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Herring and Leo Herring Sr.; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his children, Shawn, Nathan, Joseph (Jo-Lin), Jerry (Aletha), Daniel (Jessica), Melissa, Leo, Jennifer, Julie, Clarrisa and Tammy; and his siblings, Raymond, Thomas, James, Margaret, Shirley and Elizabeth. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren.
