He was predeceased by: his father William J. Horgan. He is survived by: his wife Roseann Navatta Horgan; his children, Dawn Horgan, Brian Horgan (Claudia), Dr. William E. Horgan (Christine), Diane Blanton (Garrett) and Patricia Butcher (Martin); his sister Margaret Horgan; and his grandchildren, Colin, Madeleina, Thomas, Christian, Evan, Emma, Adam, Joseph, Lucas, Maria, Andrew and Caitlin.
