She is survived by: her sons, Sebastian Petschko and Michael Anthony Schiavo; her husband Jason Petschko; her grandson Michael Anthony Schiavo (Grandson Thomas Schiavo); her siblings, Michael Lena (Ellen) and Sherri Poignant (Bruce); her nephews, Bradley Poignant, Austin Poignant, Dillon Poignant, James Lena, Ryan Lena and Jason Lena; and her niece Cassidy Lena. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
