He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason and Madeline. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his sons, Michael (Stacy) and Jason (Rachel); and his sister Kathy. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Donations in Thomas' name can be made out to Memorial Sloan Kettering or St. Jude's Hospital.
