He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Rubeis and Theresa De Rubeis; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his children, Richard Jr. (Rosy) of Pine Bush and Erica (Eric Butler) of Newburgh; his grandchildren, Emma and Jace Butler; his siblings, Michael (Kathy) and Maria (Joe); his cousin Maria Bua; and his niece Kacey. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
