With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy J. Jensen (Washingtonville, New York), who passed away on February 18, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Etta Bush and Chester Henry Schulze; and her siblings, Juanita Teeter and Chester C. Schulze. She is survived by: her child Darcy Jensen McCourt (Doug); her grandchildren, Erin and Evan; her son Timothy L. Jensen; her grandchild Cameron; her daughter Deborah Jensen Atkins (Tom); her grandchildren, Heide and Liam; her daughter Michelle Jensen Young; her grandson Nicholas Butler (Haley); her great grandchildren, Mila, Brynlee, Brody and Nathaniel Butler; her grandchildren, Colby and Caleb Young; her sister Sharron R. Gentz; her nieces and nephews, William, Steven, Daryle Gentz and Cheryl Gentz; and her close friend Candace Rutledge.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Peggy's memory to the Hudson Valley Hospice House, a cause that supported her during her final days.
