He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Giampa Petillo and Joseph A. Petillo, Sr.; his significant other Helene Coller (Puck); and his brother Domnick. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph III (Janet) of Elma, NY, Christopher (Alma) of Lake Grove, NY and Scott of Saratoga, NY; his grandchildren, Pierce, Patrick, Christopher, BarbaraLeigh and Joseph; and his siblings, Joy Dixon (Robert) and Thomas (Toni Greco). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
