He was predeceased by: his father Robert Brizzolara. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Foltete Brizzolara; his wife Theresa Stuart Brizzolara; his children, Josephine, John II and Jacqueline Brizzolara; and his siblings, Carol Davis (Richard), Marilyn Macerone (Paul) and James Brizzolara (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
