He is survived by: his daughter Samantha (Philip Calderon); his grandsons, Paxton, Elijas and Josiah; his son John; his sisters, Cathy (John O'Donnell) and Maureen (Ron Lenihan); his nephews, Connor, Jack, Ryan and Matthew; and his cousins, Frank, Michael, Sean and Joey.
