He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kincade and Blanche Kincade; and his son Kerry. He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his sons, Frank (Christine Kincade), Michael (Felicia Kincade) and Kevin Kincade; his grandchildren, Steven, Thomas, Myles, Shannon, Tyler and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Gavin and Ever.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that memorial donations be made in Frank's name to Shriners Children's Hospital.
