We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Elisabeth Kozak (Washingtonville, New York). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Hoffmann and Magdelena Hoffmann; her grandmother French; her husband Michel Kozak; her children, Beatrice and Daniel (Tammy); her grandson Jason; and her siblings, Magdelena Hauser of Germany, Frank Hoffmann (Carolyn) and Robert Hoffmann (Joanne). She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She battled with Alzheimer's Disease for several years.
