It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Caroline DeGroat of Washingtonville, New York, born in Ringwood, New Jersey, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Mann and Alvin Mann; her daughter Carolyn; and her siblings, Suzette, Rita Mann, Albert and Silas Mann.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Stymacks (Jeffrey), Melvina Finley, Melvin Mann Jr. (Erika), Zina Canty, Joanne Wilkins (James Roe), Anna Simonin and Roger Mann (Rebekah); and her siblings, Shirley Vandunk, Adeline DeGroat, Joeanne Mann, Thomas Mann, Martin Mann and Celeste Mann. She is also survived by seven children, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
