He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stewart and Mary Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Stewart; his children, William Stewart Jr. (Donna) of Yorktown Heights, NY, Karen Boyle (Michael) of Warwick, NY and Kevin Stewart (Pam) of Birchwoods Lake, PA; his daughter-in-law Maryanne Stewart; and his grandchildren, Danielle Olszewski, Lauren Praino, Kevin Stewart, Michael Sarnicola, Amanda Contesso, Katherine Nikola, Katelyn Giampiccolo, Tara Amberger, Erin Clark and Kelly Rae Boyle. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial (17 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephens Church (75 Sanfordville Rd, Warwick, NY 10990).
