He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter P. Schlagel and Gloria Schlagel; and his wife Mary Schlagel. He is survived by: his nieces, Amy Van Etten of Warwick and Amanda Pink (Ryan) of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Keira, Cailin and William Pink.
