He is survived by: his wife Kristi Fodera; his children, Brianna Fodera and Daniel Fodera; his parents, Vincent and Phyllis; his sisters, Lori Niceley (Daryl) and Lisa Apgar (Thomas); and his nieces and nephews, Alexa, Madison, Danielle, Tommy and Michael. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
