She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus John Stankiewicz Sr. and Maria Dwarski Stankiewicz; her husband Frank Dembeck; and her son James Joseph Dembeck. She is survived by: her daughter Donna McCarey (Tim); her grandchildren, Rosemarie McCarey, Andrew, Ryan and Kyle Dembeck; her niece Helen Rahm; and also Jeanne Mercadante. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
