He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Fabrizio and Louise Fabrizio (Cacchione); and his sister Patricia Becker (Patty). He is survived by: his wife Linda (Winners); his daughter Deborah Mayfield (Richard); his sister Linda Nemeth (Michael); his brother-in-law Frank Becker; and his pet Butternut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Bob to the Warwick Valley Ambulance, Inc. P.O. Box 315, Warwick, NY 10990.
