He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Hartman and Marie Hartman; his pet Aubree; his wife Joan; his children, Richard Jr. of Milford, PA and Jennifer Mulgrew (Terry) of Congers, NY; his granddaughters, Erin and Marissa; and his sister Jean O'Donnell of Lenox, PA.. He was also cherished by family and friends.
