It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Arkel (Warwick, New York), born in Chester, New York, who passed away on November 21, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Anne E. Toffel Arkel; his son Gary Arkel; his parents, Jennie Schultz Arkel Buchko and George Arkel Sr.; his siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Arkel, Patricia DiPaolo, Daniel R. and George J. Arkel; his stepbrother Johnny Buchko; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Andryshak, Arnie Conklin, Robert Schultz and Walter Toffel; and his nephew George D. Arkel.
He is survived by: his significant other Helen Arkel; his son David A. Arkel; his sister Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Stanley Toffel, Dolores Arkel and Alice Andryshak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
