He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynnfield Lewis and June Crane Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Lewis; his sons, David Lewis and Kent Lewis (Kriston); and his siblings, Wayne Lewis (Joy), Judy Dechau (Rick), Tim (Kathy) and Gary Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
