She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Holian (Mularkey) and William Holian; her husband Thomas O'Connor; her sons, Thomas and Brian; and her brothers, Jack and Donald.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Kearney of Pine Island, NY and Patricia Gallagher (John) of Wantagh, NY; and her brother William Holian of Hampton, NY..

To keep our family and friends safe, during the COVID-19 pandemic, private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Woodside, NY.
