He is survived by: his children, Susan Kuiken (Bill) of Warwick, NY, David Varick (Vallerie) of Bloomingdale, NJ and Richard Varick of Littleton, NC; and his grandchildren, Steven Kuiken of Sherman Oaks, CA, Kelly Varick of Garfield, NJ and Ryan Varick of Rochester, NY..
