He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Gretta and Zachary; and his siblings, David (Tricia) of Tucson, AZ and Beth Polsky (Lisa Lichtenstien) of Santa Monica, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and one great-niece and one great-nephew.
