It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Louise Michelfeld of Warwick, New York, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on August 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wayne B. Hemphill and Maureen Hemphill; her children, Gretchen M. Michelfeld (Keith Fadelici) of Jackson Heights, NY, Theo Michelfeld (Diane Pell) of Bellvale, NY and Penelope Malley (Scott) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Gretchen, Charlotte, Kayla, Dax and Beckett; her nephew Mark Wolf; her husband Ted Michelfeld; and her sister Karen Wolf. She was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren.

While flowers are welcome, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Warwick Democratic Committee or Mercy Corps, International.
