She is survived by: her child Girl Scout; her husband Frank Lacalamita; her children, Dominic (Cheryl) of Hamburg, NJ, Peter (Krissy) of Warwick, NY, Patty Goodrich (Jim) of Florida, NY and Kathy Girolamo (Pete) of Waverly, NY.; and her grandchildren, Brian, Francis, James, Mary, Anthony, Michael, Anna and Paul.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kate's name to the Albert Wisner Library, 1 McFarland Drive, Warwick, NY.
