She was predeceased by: her father Edward Gurda. She is survived by: her mother Ann Wanczyk Gurda; her husband Stan Smith; and her siblings, Gerard Gurda (Nellie), David Gurda, Carol Smith (Scott), Annette Saverino (Anthony) and Andrew Gurda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
