(Jack) of Warwick; her children, John (Patricia) of Warwick, NY, Susan Lambert (Lyle) of Holmes, NY and Karen Pampin of Westwood, NJ.; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn Roche, Kaitlyn Taylor (Cliff), Ashleigh Roche, Julia Pampin, Sean Pampin and Keri Mackiewicz (Ken); her great grandchildren, Mariella Taylor, Sean and Ryan Mackiewicz; and her brothers, George, Edward and William Walsh.
