She is survived by: her husband James Stanley (Jim); her daughters, Elizabeth Horak (Radim) and Jennifer Rustwick (James); her granddaughters, Mila, Mary Kate Horak and Lorelai Rustwick; and her brother Edward O'Keefe (Eddie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; her extended family including many cousins.
