He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Garvey and Ruth Maher Garvey; his siblings, Thomas, Robert Garvey, Eugenia (Mary) and Helen Garvey; his nieces and nephews, Karen Garvey, Thomas and Brendan Fox; and his nephew-in-law Kenny Trollinger.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene Garvey of Tinton Falls, NJ, Therese Fox of Brea, OH and Kathleen Garvey of Warwick, NY; his nieces and nephews, Mary Fox, Jennifer Garczynski, Colleen Hopkins, Kathleen Fox, Pam McGongial, Paul Fox, Kevin Fox, Robert Garvey, Michael Garvey, John Garvey, Gerard Garvey, Mary Gardiner, Allison Erwin, David Shuback, Susan Shuback and Tracy Trollinger-Conroy (James Conroy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danielle Shuback, Amanda Frantz, Zachary, Adam Trollinger, Joseph, Christopher and Peter Burkart.
