He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Mabee and Cecelia Kwiatkowski Mabee; his wife Elizabeth Stevens Mabee; his granddaughter Danielle Elizabeth Mabee; and his brother Ronald Mabee.
He is survived by: his children, John V. Mabee (Sharon) of Florida, NY and Michelle Benoit (Don) of Lafayette, LA; his grandchildren, Don Timothy (Kortni Benoit), Nicholas Austin, Joshua David, Victoria Elizabeth Benoit and John Gary Mabee; his great grandchildren, Beau and Briggs Benoit; and his siblings, Kenneth L. Mabee of Warwick and Carole Rysinger (John) of Florida, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
