He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mikulski and Josephine Sztendor Mikulski; and his siblings, Walter, James Mikulski and Mary Wesolowski.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gardner Mikulski; his children, Robert Mikulski, Richard Mikulski (Tina) and Sharyl Holodinski (Michael); his grandchildren, Richard, Nicholas Mikulski, Sarah and Jessica Decker; his sisters, Stella Sanok and Catherine Sircable; and his stepsister Kathleen Moore (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
