She was predeceased by: her husband Jacques Crifasi (Jack); and her parents, Carla Petersen and Niels Petersen of Brooklyn, NY. She is survived by: her children, Donna, Robert, Joan, William and James.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association or local animal shelter is greatly appreciated.
