She is survived by: her children, John J. Urgo, Nicholas J. Urgo, Michael W. Urgo, Olivia E. Urgo and Joseph A. Urgo; her siblings, Tamara Delaura of Tucson, AZ, Gregory Tschaikowsky of Ringwood, NJ and Alexis Tschaikowsky of Hackensack, NJ; her pet Riza; and also Hackensack Hospital.
