He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Paul and Rose Heineman (Knopf); and his siblings, Ralph Heineman and Vera Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Barbara Katzenstein (Benjamin) of Warwick, NY and Diane Heineman (Chris Harrises) of Nashua, NH; his grandsons, Alexander Katzenstein (Kristin Vitulli) and Gabriel Katzenstein (Jamal Tadros); his great grandchildren, Ella Joy and Amelia Rose Katzenstein; his sister-in-law Helen Harrison; and his pet Sasha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
