She was predeceased by: her parents, Irma Mann (Milligan) and Irving Mann; and her siblings, Velma Miller and Anthony Mann. She is survived by: her son Mark (Debra); her granddaughters, Caitlin Heitzmann (George) and Sarah Dowdy; her great grandchild Aria Heitzman; her former husband Charles Dowdy; and her siblings, Diana De Groat, Audrey Mann, Donna Mann, Bridget Mann, Irving Mann, Jr., Ernie Mann, James Mann and Scott Mann.
