She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wetzel and Margaret Huhn Wetzel; her husband Raymond Noger; and her brothers, Albert and Vincent Wetzel.
She is survived by: her siblings, Warren Wetzel of Warwick, NY and Muriel Quackenbush of Sayre, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Veronica Noger, Florence Walsh, Lorraine Noger and Genevieve Noger. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
