He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Anthony and Jennie V. Maddalone (Montemagno); his siblings, Jean Stonig, Peter Maddalone and Camille Williamson; and his daughter-in-law Kerry Maddalone.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Dennis Maddalone Jr. (Tammy Haight) of Warwick and Donna Egan (Matthew); his grandchildren, Tierney and Sydney of Warwick; his son Peter Maddalone (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Ronnie and Alexa of Otisville; his daughter Diane Roma; and his grandchildren, Gianna and Sophia of Warwick.
