He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Jardine and Jenita Jardine (Walcott). He is survived by: his fiancée Joan Lalla (Davis); his daughter Nicole Phillips; his granddaughter Reese; and his sisters, Linda Bibbins and Jean of Spain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
