He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gliesman Sly; his grandchildren, Evan Wickham Sly, Collin Patrick Sly, Linda Miller, Bruce Milton Miller, Luke William Miller, Mark Sly, Melissa Sly of Santa Monica, Dorian Leigh Sly and Lydian Rose Sly; his sister Judie Ruth Carr; his cousins, Ted Sly, Gary Masten, Richard Masten, Joselle Trainor and Cynthia Powell; and also Leland Thomas Sly II.
