He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheridan Conklin and Isadora Conklin; and his daughter Matilda Conkin-Mann. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Laura Smykla (John) of New Hampton, Daniel Conklin (Kathlee) of Middletown, NY and Joseph Conklin (Keri) of Warwick; his stepchildren, Richard Schofield of South Carolina and Jill Gannon of Idaho; and his grandchildren, Joey, Johnny, Milton, Willis, Dawn, Michele, Danielle and Nicole. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
